SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -

The Waste Management Open is taking place in the valley this week, but before the big names tee off, the tournament's organizers are taking time to give back.

They're offering free dental care for a group of kids whose families can't afford it otherwise.

It's a sound that makes most of us squirm -- the dental drill. But it doesn't seem to bother Jose Ortiz.

"They did my bottom teeth and my top teeth and they had to take out a cavity on my back teeth," says Jose.

The 53 foot dental clinic on wheels follows the PGA to every tournament, giving free dental care for kids in need.

The mobile dental clinic is parked in front of the Scottsdale Boys and Girls Club. For many of these patients, this is the only time they will see a dentist.

"Fortunately Jose cleans his teeth better than the other kids. My last patient had 4 teeth pulled," says Dr, Kevin Ortale, dentist.

Volunteer dentists through Christina's Smile do the work -- everything from teeth cleaning to root canals and extractions-- everything a dentist needs is provided by Christina's Smile.

"You forget you are inside a truck, this facility is amazing, it's my 13th year doing it. I'll be here every time they come back," says Dr. Ortale.

The Boys and Girls Club picks the patients, and school nurses help to select kids who need help the most.

The Waste Management Open brings their rolling dental clinic out during every tournament.120 kids will get free services during tournament week.
