TX Land Commissioner talks about President’s gun plan

Texas Land Commissioner Jerry Patterson is not just outspoken about protecting the right to bear arms. He's also the author of Senate Bill 60 written in 1995 that's the concealed carry law here in Texas.
He spoke to FOX 7 from Oklahoma about the President's press conference and proposals to curb gun violence.
