Danica Patrick files for divorce from husband

NASCAR driver Danica Patrick has filed for divorce in Maricopa County.

Court records show she made the filing on January 3rd in Maricopa County.

She's splitting from husband Paul Hospenthal, who's a physical therapist.

The couple announced last fall they would be splitting up after seven years of marriage. They have a prenuptial agreement.

Patrick is said to be worth $18 million.
