Authorities are investigating a double homicide after two bodies were found in a home in north Bell County Tuesday morning.
The Bell County Sheriff's Office received a call to check on the welfare of a couple that had not been heard from in a few days.
Deputies were sent to a home located in the 13000 block of Willow Grove Road. When they arrived they located a deceased male and female.
Deputies learned that a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer was missing from the residence and immediately began searching for the vehicle.
The vehicle has since been located and a person of interest, who was found with the vehicle, is being questioned.
