Travis County Sheriff's office has charged a man after they say he grabbed and improperly touched a teenage girl as she was walking home from school.
The girl was walking on Thermal Drive when she noticed 20-year-old Joshua Bernal following her, according to court paper work.
Authorities say Bernal grabbed the girl in a bear hug and started touching her breast and kissing her cheek. He also grabbed her groin area. The girl was able to break free and ran down the street screaming for help.
According to court paperwork the girl stated that she did not know Bernal and had not seen him before the incident.
