The slashings happened on the 5000 block of Hazel Avenue and the 5300 block of Chancellor Avenue in West Philadelphia between 5:30 a.m. and 6:40 a.m. Monday morning.
Investigators now believe there are two suspects involved. Earlier Monday, it wasn't clear how many may be behind the slashings.
