Woman jumps to her death in south Austin

A woman is dead after jumping from a flyover at Interstate 35 and Ben White Blvd. on Friday, according to APD.

Police received a call from a witness who saw the woman leap to her death. According to authorities, the woman was approximately 30 years old.

Westbound Ben White to South I-35 has been shut down. Eastbound Ben White to the northbound I-35 flyover has also been shut down.
