Philadelphia police make a gruesome discovery in the city's Tioga section.
They found a dead body inside a car on the 3300 block of North 19th Street.
The person had apparently been tied up and set on fire.
And a murder victim was also found in the city's Overbrook section, near Haddington and Edgewood streets. Police are not saying at this point how the person died.
So far this year, there have been five murders in Philadelphia.
