At least six deaths have been blamed on the storm system that moved into our area Wednesday.
The storm knocked out power to thousands of homes, mostly in Arkansas.
The high winds, snow, and sleet moved through our area and into Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut overnight.
At least 1,600 flights were canceled across the country Wednesday. And 300 of those cancellations were right here in Philadelphia.
The good news is that the weather is improving and there are only 60 cancelations at PHL for Thursday.
The bad news is that most of the day's other flights are already sold out, making it still tough for those who had flights canceled Wednesday to get home.
On Thursday morning, there were still 230 people the airport was trying to get home.
Some in the terminal said they are making their own accommodations on trains.
FOX 29's Stephanie Esposito had more details from the airport Thursday morning in this video report.
