Austin Police say the death of the man found on Royster Lane Christmas is no longer being considered suspicious.
Police were called to the 3000 block of Royster Street just after 11:00 a.m. for a check welfare call. A man was found deceased inside the car.
After an autopsy was performed on the body and police say it is not considered a suspicious death. The cause of death has not been determined. The medical examiner's office is waiting on the toxicology report to make a final ruling.
The victim's name still has not been released.
