PHILADELPHIA -

A disturbing video released Thursday by police shows a teenager firing a handgun into a crowded SEPTA train after a Bulls-76ers game.

Two victims were shot Wednesday night on the westbound SETPA El train at 46th and Market.

Instigators with the Philadelphia Police Department say the gunman had just exited the train when he turned around and fired once at a 35-year-old man.

Police say the shot passed through the man and also struck a bystander.

Police say the gunman and another suspect then fled on foot from the El platform in an unknown direction.

A relative of the man who was shot, seen in the video wearing a red Chicago Bulls sweatshirt, tells FOX 29's Lauren Cohn he is still in shock.

Police say the man was celebrating his team's victory when the two teenage suspects started yelling profanities.
