Santa visits kids via video chat at Dell Children’s Medical Center
Santa stepped out of his workshop to video chat with all the good boys and girls at Dell Children's Medical Center.
The kids and their siblings got one-on-one time with Santa. They made sure he was taking notes as they told them their wishes.
Some of the children are fighting cancer and other diseases and hope to be home for the holidays.
"This is one of my most exciting days because I get to create wonderful moments for these kids," Santa said.
"A lot of the kids this gives them a break, normal everyday life getting some magic and get to be a kid again even when they are in the hospital," Lauren Jarvies with the Dell Children's Medical Center said.
Cisco Systems provides the Santa Connect technology. The Cisco elves take Santa bedside to some of the patients who aren't up to getting out of bed. The company will help Santa visit 20 different children's hospitals before Christmas.
