Austin Police are asking for help finding a suspect they say robbed a north Austin Frost Bank on Thursday.
According to investigators, the robbery took place at the Frost Bank in the 100 block of E. Anderson Lane just after 4:00 p.m.
The suspect allegedly entered the bank, displayed a note and demanded cash. The suspect then left the bank on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.
The suspect is a white male 5'11" tall between the ages of 25-30. He has a slender build and weighed approximately 160 pounds. He had light brown hair and a thin beard. He was last seen wearing dark sunglasses, a black baseball cap, and a plaid short-sleeved button down shirt with blue jeans.
Anyone with information about the suspect or the robbery can call the Robbery tip line at (512) 974-5092, Crime Stoppers at (512) 472-TIPS or text "Tip 103" + the message to CRIMES. Tipsters may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000 if the tip leads to an arrest or charges being filed.
