Imagine paying for a ticket to a professional sports game and coming away less than thrilled. You would probably want a refund.
In most cases you would be out of luck. But not if you attend a Phoenix Suns game.
The team is guaranteeing that you'll be entertained at a future home game -- or they'll give you your money back.
We hit the streets of downtown Phoenix today to ask people what they thought of the Suns' "Good Times Guaranteed or Your Money Back" promotion.
Would it get them to go? Many people we asked said yes.
The promotion could be a way to try and fill seats inside the US Airways Center -- where attendance for Suns games is down almost four percent from last year, and about 17 percent from two years ago.
"The Suns haven't been as popular to watch as they should be this year," says ASU student Marilyn Dryden.
Marilyn Dryden is a Phoenix native, but like a lot of fans sort of lost track of the team after the departure of Steve Nash.
We asked her if she could name any Suns players that are currently playing.
"I know of some. I haven't watched this year, I know Nash he moved - I haven't been up to date with it but last year I watched a lot."
Another former fan told us: "I don't even know if he's still on the team - he was like up and coming. It was like Dragovich or something," said Ivan Martinez.
Oh, Goran Dragic?
"Yeah, something like that."
And what about people who say they didn't have a good time at the game just to get a free ticket?
This guy has a pretty strong opinion about that.
"You know what? That's like saying your hot dog didn't taste good... If you don't like the meal that you're served - after you've already paid the money? But it's beyond that. Are you a sports fan? I mean come on man, this is your basketball team. Where's your love for it?" said Johnny.
