A judge has granted a delay in the murder trial Mark Norwood.
Norwood is accused of killing Christine Morton in 1986.
Norwood's attorneys say they need more time to find a DNA expert and they will be getting two new DNA experts for the trial.
The trial was set to begin in January but will now it will not get underway until February at the earliest. It will be held in Tom Green County, after a Williamson County judge ruled that the trial be moved due to pre-trail publicity.
Norwood is also charged in another Austin murder. He was indicted earlier this month in the 1988 death of Debra Baker.
