It was a chaotic moment for Cedar Park police officers when a disturbance call turned deadly.
Officers last summer were forced to shoot and kill 59-year-old Charles O'Hara when they say he pointed a gun at them and began firing. It all started with a 911 call made by O'Hara's mother who told dispatch her son was a schizophrenic and she was scared.
When officers arrived O'Hara fired several shots at the officers. Officers returned fire and killed the suspect.
Five officers were placed on administrative leave. Earlier this month a grand jury cleared those officers of any wrong doing.
