HEREFORD, Ariz. -
One man is angry over the re-election of President Obama and he's protesting with an American flag in a controversial way.
Jim Hart is flying the American flag upside down outside his home in Hereford, which is near Sierra Vista.
He believes the country is in a state of emergency, but some of his neighbors say the move is disrespectful to the nation as a whole.
Hart says it is his constitutional right to express his frustration and that he's afraid America is moving in the wrong direction.
