Kimmie Dwayne Baker
TEMPE, Ariz. -
A former security guard at Tempe High School was sentenced to 90 days in jail and three years probation for burglary and theft on Friday.
Kimmie Dwayne Baker was arrested in October 2011 after $1,028 in cash was stolen from a locked closet in the school's administration office.
Baker was accused of going into the office and taking the money but he told police he didn't have a key.
Officers searched Baker's home and found a key to the closet where the money was stolen from.
