Authorities have arrested four in connection with the murder of a 31-year-old man that was found near Stillhouse Dam.
Bell County authorities say 31-year-old Llael Garcia-Rodriguez was stabbed to death within the city limits of Killeen.
On Oct. 12, around 9 a.m. a motorist found his body near FM1670, less than a mile south of the Stillhouse Dam.
After weeks of investigating, authorities have arrested 29-year-old Toriano Thomas, 24-year-old Anthony McKoy, 21-year-old Katrina Jackson and Jessabel Lucas.
McKoy has been charged with murder. Thomas, Jackson and Lucas were charged with tampering physical evidence.
