Student hit by truck near Phoenix high school

A female student was hit by a truck in one of the parking lots of Sierra Vista High School on Thursday morning.

The sophomore was knocked to the ground at the school near Lower Buckeye Road and 67th Avenue.

She was knocked to the ground but came away with minor injuries. She wasn't brought to a hospital.
