SAN LUIS, Ariz. -
A woman, who is a Mexican national, was caught trying to smuggle almost 12 pounds of cocaine and almost six pounds of meth into the U.S.
Customs and Border Protection officers said a narcotics detection dog led them to 24-year-old Fabiola Angulo-Lopez's sport utility vehicle.
After searching her Ford SUV, officers found six packages of cocaine and three packages of meth hidden in a speaker box. The drugs had a approximate value of $196,000.
Angulo-Lopez was turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations.
