Three young kids have been arrested for allegedly breaking into and vandalizing a school bus and high school in Lake Montezuma.
Four suspects broke into a school bus, stole a fire extinguisher and sprayed the bus with it at night on Oct. 18. Next, the suspects allegedly broke into nearby Rimrock High School, stole food and smashed a window.
The total damage was estimated to be over $2000.
Deputies said administrators from Beaver Creek Elementary School were later able to identify four suspects with ages ranging from 11 to 13.
A 12-year-old suspect was found at his home on Oct. 26. He confessed to burglarizing the school and bus and confirmed who the other three suspects were, deputies said.
Two suspects, an 11-year-old and 13-year-old, were arrested at their elementary school on Tuesday.
All three suspects were taken to Prescott Juvenile Detention Center and booked on charges of burglary, criminal trespassing, criminal damage, and theft.
The fourth and final suspect moved from the area since the incident but deputies expect to arrest him soon.
