Police were called to a Gilbert neighborhood early Tuesday morning after a caller reported seeing two people break into several cars.
Someone called 911 about 1:30 a.m. Tuesday and said they had watched two suspects attempt to break into four parked vehicles, succeeding with two of them.
Officers arrived and were able to locate one suspect. The second suspect was located a short time later after officers set up a perimeter.
The suspects were identified as Justin David Short-Boyd and Kenneth Jay Rogyom.
They were booked into jail on multiple counts of vehicle burglary and attempted vehicle burglary.
Rogyom is facing additional charges of marjiuana possession, giving false information to police, and a parole violation for aggravated assault.
