Phoenix police are asking for your help as they search for a dangerous young robbery suspect.

Authorities say the suspect threatened a convenience store cashier with a machete while stealing two packs of beer on Saturday night.

Police said a man went into a Circle K near Roosevelt and 32nd Streets Saturday night and stole a 30 pack and an 18 pack of beer.

"As the suspect was walking past the front counter to exit the business, he displayed a machete and threatened the cashier, placing the cashier in fear of bodily harm," said Officer James Holmes of the Phoenix police.

Holmes added, "We are concerned that this suspect's brazen actions may lead to serious injury in the future."

The suspect is described as Hispanic-appearing man, 5' 5" - 5' 6" tall, 16 to 20-years-old, medium build, with a moustache.  He was wearing a white t-shirt and tan/black checkered shorts.
