Debunking Black Friday 'deals'

It's a yearly ritual for a lot of people. You get up at the crack-of-dawn the day after Thanksgiving, just to wait in line for hours to get the best deals on the latest gadgets.

But do you believe it?

We talked with Dana Mattioli, a reporter for the Wall Street Journal, who did the research and found that Black Friday is a myth.

After six years of research, Mattioli discovered you're better off shopping in early fall, online, or in the days before Christmas to snag the best deals.
