Reward offered in robbery at CVS Pharmacy

TEMPE, Ariz. -

Silent Witness is offering a reward in a robbery at a CVS Pharmacy in Tempe last month.

It happened about 2 p.m. on Sept. 4 at the CVS at 1424 W. Baseline in Tempe. Police say the suspect walked up to the pharmacy counter and demanded Oxycodone.

The clerk complied and gave the suspect the pills.

The suspect left the store on foot and got into a silver or gray newer model SUV, parked in the back lot of the business. The vehicle fled southbound on Baseline Road.

He is described as a white male, 5'8" to 6', 160-175 pounds, reddish blonde short hair, goatee, wearing a white T-shirt, black Dickie style pants and black shoes.

A $2,500 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment.
