It's been a rough few years for college graduates. They finish up school only to find a less-than-stellar job market waiting for them. But this year, things may be different.
"I definitely feel like there's more opportunities, especially fresh college grads, and graduating from ASU has been great," says Teja Peela.
ASU Career Services has seen a big increase in job postings from companies looking to hire college grads.
"We've seen double digit increases month over month," says Elaine Stover from ASU Career Services.
On campus Monday, recruiters from Fortune 500 companies filled the interview rooms. Students are feeling much more confident.
"I was really nervous, but luckily I had experience and internships, so now I'm pretty confident," says Anna Miller, ASU student.
38 percent of companies surveyed by the National Association of Colleges and Employers say they plan on hiring this spring, and they plan on hiring 13 percent more college grads than last year.
At a career fair earlier this semester, ASU had more companies on campus than in previous years, and they're hoping that continues.
