The Austin police department is investigating a double shooting in North Austin.
Just after 4 this afternoon, police were called out to the intersection of Mearns Meadows and Rutland Drive.
That's near Rundberg and Lamar.
Police say a fight among three people turned violent after one of them pulled out a gun and shot the other two.
The victims were taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries and the suspect is in custody.
