KISS Supports ‘Hiring Our Heroes,’ Hires Vet As Roadie

Each year, thousands of veterans come home from serving overseas and start looking for work. There is an organization called "Hiring Our Heroes" that works to help find them jobs.
Joining "Good Day" to talk about this program Monday was Sgt. James Cunningham. He knows firsthand what you have to do to find work after serving in Iraq.
Among those who have been helped by the organization is veteran Paul Jordan, who was hired by KISS as a roadie for the rock band's tour.
KISS also presented check of $250,000 to "Hiring Our Heroes."
"Hiring Our Heroes" is giving away tickets to an upcoming KISS concert to our viewers. The concert is Thursday at the Susquehanna Bank Center.

Tuesday was National Waitstaff day across the United States. FOX29's own Jenn Frederick stopped into Bob's in Roxborough Tuesday morning to help serve those who normally serving others.
