Monday's Meal: Fettucine Di Spinaci con Gamberi

Chef Victor Ibarra, from Andiamo Ristorante, joined us in the Good Day kitchen to prepare an authentic Italian pasta dish.

Recipe: Fettucine Di Spinaci con Gamberi


  • Spinach Fettuccini 8oz
  • Shrimps 16/20 5 each
  • Red bell pepper 20z
  • Zucchini 2 oz
  • Fresh chopped garlic 1 tbs
  • Italian Parsley 1 ts
  • Lemon zest 1 tbs
  • White wine 1 cup
  • Butter 2 oz
  • Red chile flakes according to taste
  • Salt and black pepper


  1. Boil the pasta
  2. Saute' shrimps and veggies in extra virgin oil of olives and garlic
  3. Add the veggies
  4. Salt and pepper to taste, and mix it together with pasta
  5. Add lemon zest
