Andre Leteve, the 39-year-old man who allegedly shot and killed his two sons before turning the gun on himself, has been released from the hospital and taken to the Lower Buckeye Jail.
The photo shows a detention officer pushing Leteve, bandaged and in a wheelchair, into the booking area.
The Scottsdale man called police on the morning of March 31 to report he'd shot his two kids.
According to the 911 call, Leteve said, "I shot and killed my sons." When officers arrived at the gated Scottsdale community, they found 15-month-old Asher and 5-year-old Alec Leteve shot to death.
Leteve spent the days since the shooting undergoing surgery at the hospital. His suicide attempt failed.
Leteve and his wife were apparently in the middle of a divorce and custody battle -- but lawyers from each side said they didn't see it coming.
