2 Arizonans Among FBI's Most Wanted

The FBI has updated its web site to show that Osama bin Laden is dead. He topped the list of most wanted terrorists -- but now, the top spot is taken by a Scottsdale man accused of killing his entire family.

There are now 9 most wanted fugitives -- including two from here in the valley. The FBI says it's rare for any state to have two people on the Top 10 Most Wanted list.

It's been 10-years, and the FBI is still searching for Robert Fisher. He's accused of murdering his wife and two kids, and setting their Scottsdale home on fire.

Also on the list is Jason Brown. Brown is accused of killing an armored car guard in Ahwatukee back in 2004.

"There are only 10 fugitives on the top 10 list and two from the same city from the same squad is very unusual," says Phoenix FBI Special Agent Lance Leising, who's working on both cases.

He says both men are dangerous and need to be caught.

"They both committed crimes that are very violent. Would they both be willing to do that again? probably so and that's why they are on the top ten list."

Agents have gotten hundreds of tips but no solid leads.

Jason Brown has a master's degree in international business and speaks fluent French. Agents thought he may have left the country but recently, they've been getting more and more tips from the U.S.

"For him to go to credit card fraud all the way to assassinating an armored car guard during a robbery shows a level of increased violence that we're very worried about," says Leising.

As for Robert Fisher, agents say tips -- mostly rumors -- keep pouring in.

"A lot of innuendos and rumors that he might be dead but we haven't been able to confirm that, and until we do, he's going to remain on the top 10 list."

Both men will stay on the most wanted list until they're caught or they die.

The FBI says tips helped to catch 60-to-75-percent of those caught on the most wanted list.
