SFC prepares for farm to plate fundraiser

The Sustainable Food Center is getting ready for its annual "Farm to Plate" fundraiser. One of the featured chefs at this year's event, Natalie Dauterive, of the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, and Carla Williams, Director of Career Services at the school, joined our Keri Bellacosa in the kitchen to prepare a salad made with vegetables from the school's garden.
