Recipe: Avocadeaux Salad
Ingredients:
- 3oz Mixed greens
- 1/4 Avocado
- 5 oz pickled red onions
- 4 slices of tomato,
- 3 oz corn pico (equal parts corn, black beans and pico)
- 1 tsp green onions
- 3 oz crawfish tossed in 2 oz remoulade sauce with a 2 oz side of balsamic vinegar
Pineapple Sunrise Smoothie
- 6oz frozen pineapple
- 1 banana
- 8oz smoothie mix (organic apple and orange juice)
