On Saturday the Aquarena Center hosted Aquafest which shows the excitement of people from the ages of 10 to 55 trying scuba. For those in attendance an amazing experience was caught on tape of the action at the DEMA pool located at the Diving for Science area. Volunteers Help Cleanup Lake Travis

FOX 7's Chief Engineer, Shawn O'Shea, headed out this past weekend to take part in the 15th Annual Lake Travis cleanup. Around 1,000 volunteers showed up Sunday morning to help dredge the bottom of Lake Travis in search of trash.

Underwater photo of big cooter (fresh water turtle) courtesy of Scientific Diver - Mike Bolt. This turtle was on the east side of deep hole this weekend. The picture does him no justice as he is HUGE compared to the many turtles I have seen there. Measured at 2 ½ feet long.
