No Refusal Weekend on Lake Austin Too

Austin Police will be conducting a no refusal initiative this weekend that will target drives as well as boaters on Lake Austin.

Anyone who is suspected of driving or boating while intoxicated from Saturday at 5:00 p.m. until Sunday at 5:00 a.m. will be required to give a breath or blood test.

In addition, officers will be enforcing a new noise initiative on Lake Austin. Violators of the noise ordinance will receive a citation with no warning.
