Man Arrested For Gas Station Burglary

Police say they arrested a man after he was caught burglarizing a local gas station.

According to Police, on Wednesday, Officers responded to burglary at a Valero gas station, located in the 900 block of Rundberg Lane.

When Officers arrived, they observed that the front door was shattered and was partially open. An Officer saw a heavy set male walking around in the store. The man approached the front door with a bag full of items.

The Officer pointed his gun at him and ordered the man to get on the ground. The man complied with his demand. The man was detained and identified as 26-year-old John David Garcia.

Officers recovered 21 DVD movies, two Monster energy drinks and three Arizona Tea drinks from the bag.

Garcia was charged with burglary of a non residence.
