APD Helping Recover Lost Boats in Lake Austin

The Austin Police Department is helping to recover boats on Lake Austin that were swept away from homes and slips during the heavy rains earlier this week.
"We were able to secure and tie those boats off to that dock in particular so the owners could come out and retrieve their boat," said APD Ofc. John O'Donnell.
Lake Austin will remain closed to the public through the weekend.
