Austin, TX - Travis County Sheriff Deputies have arrested two women on prostitution charges stemming from a Rollingwood massage parlor.
Daifei Li , 44, was charged with aggravated promotion of prostitution and Yu Shun Piao, 41, was charged with prostitution after they both offered undercover Sheriff officers sexual acts for additional money.
According to the arrest affidavit, detectives were checking on tips about an Asian massage parlor in Rollingwood that was known for providing sexual acts for money. Detectives within the Human Trafficking Unit conducted surveillance of the owner of the parlor - Massages by Didi, and noticed that Daifei was seen picking up Piao and heading over to massage parlor located in the 1000 block of Bee Cave Woods.
Undercover deputies went inside the massage parlor and were offered sexual acts for additional money. In both cases, the undercover deputies just asked for a massage, but were offered more after the initial massage was over. According to the arrest affidavit, both Daifei and Piao both gave deputies massages for $60 and the deputies then gave them an extra $100. Piao then attempted to provide sexual services for the deputy, but he refused and quickly walked out of the parlor. Daifei also offered a deputy sexual services that would be performed by another girl. The deputy refused and left the parlor.
Both women were charged Friday evening with prostitution charges.
