Cedar Park, TX - Residents inside one Cedar Park subdivision had to be rescued from the homes early Wednesday morning due to rising flood waters from Tropical Storm Hermine.

The residents in the Riviera subdivision awoke to find their homes flooding with water, some were completely submerged.

Homes that were flooded are now on the other side of what looks like a small lake created by flood waters. A newly renovated club house for the subdivision, which costs close to a $225-thousand dollars and recently opened 30 days ago, was flooded.

The biggest blow to the community came from the sight of seeing their homes submerged under water.
