Pot Bust Goes Down at Bowie High

One of Austin ISD Police Department's drug dogs "Buddy" showed a positive response to a students car in the Bowie High School parking lot on Thursday November 19. The student was pulled out of class and upon searching his 1999 Chrysler Cirrus Austin ISD PD found a small bag containing 2.5 ounces of marijuana. The 17 year old student has been charged with Felony Possesion of Marijuana. His bail is set at $3,500.
