Pville PD Enforcing Move Over Law

Texas law requires that a driver move over a lane or reduce his speed by 20 MPH if that driver sees an emergency video on the side of the road. The Pflugerville Police Department conducted a sting operation on Friday to ticket drivers who violate this law.
As a result, 20 drivers were ticketed. Each ticket costs the driver around $192.00.
Police say they plan on conducting this operation every month or so.
