Dad Charged with Breaking Ribs of Son

Police say Christopher McDonald squeezed his 2-month-old son so hard he broke his ribs. The child died a couple of weeks later from being asphyxiated while sleeping on his father's stomach. McDonald has not been charged in that incident.

Investigators discovered the broken ribs while conducting an autopsy on the child. They say the baby died when McDonald put the infant on his stomach on the couch and the baby turned its head face down preventing him from breathing.
