Austin, TX - Austin police charged three men with robbery after they were caught stealing a laptop computer from a car parking in a South Austin Wal-Mart.
According to an affidavit, the victim was sitting in his car, listening to music on the computer when a gold car pulled into a parking space near him, then drove into several trees.

Officers say the victim asked Savedra if he was injured. The victim stated that Savedra appeared to be drunk.
Court documents show that this suspect walked up to the victim and punched him in the left cheek. At that point, one of the other men associated with Savedra opened the victim's passenger side door and took the laptop.
Investigators say the victim watched as Savedra, Christopher Menchaca and Paul Anthony Ramirez, both 18, ran to their car and drove off.
Police found the suspects' car driving south on I-35 shortly after the incident happened. An officer tried to pull them over on Desert Willow Loop.
Officers say the car stopped for a moment, the drove off. They continued to evade police until their car drove off into a nearby ditch.
The affidavit shows that all three suspects bailed out of the car and started running. An officer caught Savedra running through a field.
All three men have been charged with robbery. Menchaca and Sevedra were also charged with evading arrest.
