Travis County Sheriff's deputies say they arrested a man after he tried to sell marijuana on Craigslist.
According to an affidavit, 20-year-old Troy Albert Rivera placed a note on the Web site Friday advertising marijuana. An officer saw the ad and contacted the suspect.
After exchanging text messages, the officer and Rivera agreed to meet near the Ruiz Branch of the Austin Public Library in Southeast Austin.
When the suspect arrived at the location, he took the drugs out of his pocket and showed them to an undercover officer.
Reports show the cop gave a signal and uniformed SWAT team members approached Rivera. The suspect turned and started running through a nearby golf course.
Officers say Rivera continued to run until he was tackled by an officer.
Deputies arrested the suspect and charged him with delivery of marijuana. His bail was set at $2,500.
