Humane Society: It’s Kitten Season!

The Austin Humane Society says kitten season has arrived as May is the busiest kitten month. The organization says they have been receiving kittens at their facility and in boxes on their doorstep. Many of the kittens do not have mothers and are being fed by bottles.

In fact, the AHS foster care program has 42 percent more animals to care for than last year. As a result toe organization is soliciting donations from the community so they can buy formula for the kittens.
