TSD Employee Pleads Guilty

Former Texas School for the Deaf employee Shane Flournoy has pled guilty to having an improper relationship with a student. As part of the plea deal, an additional charge of indecency with a child has been dropped. Flournoy was arrested last May after he was accused of paying a student to expose himself off campus. Flournoy has agreed to serve six years in prison.
