AUSTIN - Changing your diet to raw foods can sound dramatic, but Good Day has found an expert that says there are many ways you can draw from the benefits of raw foods and receive more of the enzymes, vitamins and minerals that are vital to your health. Veronica Bosgraaf became interested in raw foods after her 6-year-old daughter became vegetarian, and now she has designed a special snack called the Pure Bar. Veronica shares one of her raw food recipes for sushi with Good Day.
