Austin, TX - The state is conducting a study of the effects of insurance companies and pharmacies switching your prescription. Dennis Borrel is the executive director of the Coalition of Texans with Disabilities, a group here in Texas that's thrilled to hear about the study. He stopped by Good Day to talk about the issue.
