Austin, TX - It's a modern-day story of David and Goliath.

Local snack company "AustiNuts" has been the target of a trademark case for years. Cereal giant Kellogg's, who owns Austin Crackers Brand, said AustiNuts products were too similar to their brand.

Now the two companies -- our local AustiNuts and nationally-known Kellogg's have come to a settlement.

AustiNuts owner Cipi Ilai stopped by Good Day to explain the case and the outcome.
